Shipping Policy

Welcome to TRIG.COM.BD!

If delivery address of customer is within Dhaka City, product(s) will be delivered by within 4 business days after verbal order confirmation from customer. If it is Outside Dhaka then it will take 4-6 business days after order confirmation. Any order placed after 12:00PM, it will be considered as an order of next business day, not as same day.

Our Business Day: Saturday to Thursday, except public holidays.

We process all deliveries through our in house delivery team and only by reputed couriers. Within Dhaka City, delivery charge is BDT 60 (Maximum 1KG of ordered products weight). If address changed after order handover to courier by TRIG, +20 taka will be add more for each address locationchang. Outside Dhaka City courier delivery charge is BDT 160 (Maximum 2KG of ordered products weight). Some times this will vary from product to product weight (maximum 2 kg). The estimated time of delivery for order inside Dhaka city up to 4 business days and for outside Dhaka up to 6 business days.

Customer need to pay an amount of advance where delivery is out area of Dhaka or total ordered amount is over BDT 2000/= or a single amount price is more than BDT 2000/=.

TRIG.COM.BD does not produce or manufacture of any product(s). Therefore TRIG.COM.BD tries to control the quality, but do not give quality assurance for any products. We believe the manufacturer/ vendor/ supplier are fully capable of assuring the quality of every product.

If any user, at the time of receiving the order delivery, finds any product injurious to health/ life/ security, we will take full liability and will accept return of that product by the customer. If the user faces any threat after 12 hours of the provided delivery, we will consider it as a lacking within the quality assurance from the manufacturers or suppliers.
