We cover 24 hours Replacement Guarantee for all physical product(s) sold on TRIG.COM.BD! Returns & Exchanges are only applicable to the order items/products availability.

Requirement for a valid Returns & Exchanges:

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)

Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

Must have to email us to 'support@trig.com.bd' within 24 hours after receive the product(s) from Courier/Delivery person. Also must have to call us '+8801844488899' to inform about the Returns & Exchanges issue

You must have to show/send us  the proof of product problems.

Complaint Box opened 9:30AM to 4:30PM to response on email and attend on phone.

On Facebook or other Messenger complain not acceptable! 

After 24 hours of received time of the product(s), TRIG.COM.BD will not cover any complain.

Customers are requested to check the product(s) before pay (COD) and receiving finally from the Courier/Deleviry person otherwise if customer get faulty product(s), customer needs to send the products to our office by own responsibilities within 7 days. Make sure to submit complain within 24 hours are received the product(s).

Valid condition and reasons to return product(s) (General):

Delivery of wrong product

Delivery of defective product

Delivery of the products with missing parts

Incorrect content on website

Customers are requested to check the product(s) before pay (COD) and receiving finally from the Courier/Deleviry person

The following products cannot be returned:

Underwear Swimwear Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs Consumables such as cigars and beverages.

Cancellation and refund due to products unavailability:

Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our depot/warehouse/store. We may cancel any order within 4 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable. In such a case, if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cash back, within 30 working days. Received Cash back amount will be adjusted with the refund amount. Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors' products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.

Return/ replacement guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:

• Damages due to misuse of product

• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

• Any consumable item which has been used or installed

• Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies

• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
